CR
CPE is the standardized acronym for thermoplastic chlorinated polyethylene. CM is the standardized acronym for elastomeric chlorinated polyethylene.Chlorinated polyethylene is produced by chlorination of polyethylene and has the structure shown in Figure.
Chlorinated polyvinyl chloride is produced by chlorination of polyvinyl chloride. The chlorine content can be as high as 65 70% versus 57% for PVCs. This leads to:1) a higher service temperature2) a better chemical resistance3) a better retention of mechanical performances when the temperature rises.Some properties vary significantly with the chlorine content and the molecular weights.
HCPE-L has good compatibility with most inorganic and organic pigments,soluble in aromatic hydrocarbons, esters, glycol etc. HCPE has good weather resistance, chemical resistance, oil resistance and ozone resistance
CR series impact modifiers are acrylic impact modifier with core-shell structure in which core being moderate cross linked structure is linked with shell by grafting copolymerization. It not only improves impact resistance performance of the product, but also increases the surface gloss, especially the weatherability of the product. It is especially suitable for outdoor products and broadly used in PVC profiles, window profile, siding, sheets, boards, pipes, pipe fittings, etc.
